It is a pleasure to send you these lifestyle must-haves & must-do's a few times a year. Wonderful to share my findings with you!

But first a short introduction; what is it that I do as an interior designer? I can advise you with the design of your home, office, shop or restaurant. This could be an extensive project, such as completely re-decorating your new property, or less grand, such as a lighting or colour scheme for a single space. Or if you just wanted to start with new curtains or wall coverings.

Wall covering is Hip & Happening!

An absolute must-have today is a wall covered with ‘extra-ordinary' wall covering. Colourful and innovative wall covering inspired by fashion, film, photography, art, architecture or travel. Vintage Persian

Fun and happy for spring and summer. “Vintage Persian” rugs are available in the traditional or in a patchwork pattern in cheerful summer colouring. A great idea for your home, shop or perhaps nursery? Do you prefer wintry colours? Then imagine deep black or dark red. Among others by ICE.

Interior fair Evisa

This year, for the first time, trade fair Evisa will open its' doors to consumers. On Saturday 19 March, you can enjoy the absolute best there is in the field of interior in the historic ambiance of the Grote Kerk in The Hague.
During this event, several top labels will present their latest collections in fabrics, wall coverings, furniture and accessories.

Delicious dinner? Delicious Tuesday!

Not only in interior design do I run into great finds…

Why only dine out in the weekend? And why not in a top or Michelin star restaurant? At Heerlijk dinsdag (delicious Tuesday) you can register for a dinner in a top restaurant at a 20 – 50% discount. What is really exciting, is that you do not know where you can dine, until 10.00 in the morning on the day itself. My personal tip: act a little crazy on Tuesdays! www.heerlijkdinsdag.nl

Happiness can be found in the little things. New wallpaper, a new lamp or chair. In all honesty, I have to admit that my heart often skips a beat by all the beautiful things I encounter – but in the end they are just possessions. Enjoying a lovely dinner with friends or sipping a glass of wine at night on the beach, those are our true possessions. And with that thought, I leave you and wish you a magnificent spring season!
